Skyway neighbors: Help imagine a new neighborhood for your community.

Homestead Community Land Trust, Skyway Coalition and our partners are planning a new Skyway neighborhood with permanently affordable homeownership and welcoming green spaces where people can gather, play, garden, connect with nature, and put down roots for generations.

We want the community to help shape what comes next.

Join us THIS Sunday, August 30, from 11 AM–2 PM at the Skyway Resource Center, 12610 76th Ave. S.

Come see the latest plans for:
• Affordable homeownership
• Community gathering spaces
• Children’s play areas
• Gardens and native landscaping
• Walking paths and open space

The design team will give short presentations at 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM, and 1:15 PM. Drop in anytime to explore the displays, ask questions, talk with the team, and share your ideas.

Over the past year, Skyway neighbors have already helped shape this vision. Now we want to hear what you think about where it’s headed.
