Roxhill Park Community Events We are working with Seattle Parks and Recreation to improve the social climate of Roxhill Park with activities for community - seniors, kids, families.

The Parks Commons Program is an opportunity for community members and Seattle Parks and Recreation to work collaboratively to improve the social climate of a neighborhood park. While every park and every neighborhood are unique, generally improvements can be achieved by identifying new activities which both increase usage of the park and enrich the life of the neighborhood. There are three areas o

f the park we are considering when planning for community activities:

· Northwest end – Skatepark/Playground/Picnic Area
· East end – Longfellow Creek Trail and Bog
· South end – Sportsfields
