NeighborWorks is a national network of more than 240 community development and affordable housing organizations. NeighborWorks America, created in 1978 by Congress as the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, provides training, grants, and technical support to the NeighborWorks network.

Mayor Mike McGinn will join neighborhood business district leaders and local business owners in Seattle’s Central Area today to announce the City’s 2011 investment in 16 neighborhood business districts as a part of the Seattle Jobs Plan, $1 Million.
