Meadowbrook Teen Center The Meadowbrook Teen Life Center is a dedicated space for tweens and teens in middle school and high school. Youth can participate in positive programs.

View the City’s policies at www.seattle.gov/digital. We are one of Seattle Parks and Recreation three Teen Life Centers. We offer a wide array of programming to Seattle area youth including: special events, Late Night, computer labs, recording studios, cooking classes and much more. Late Night programs are for ages 13 - 19 only.

Interested in creative writing, spoken word, and storytelling? Check out Nation of Poets at the Meadowbrook Teen Life Center!

Led by spoken word artist Najib Abbi, participants will learn poetic techniques, write original poems, collaborate with peers, and share their voices in a welcoming and supportive environment. This FREE program is available on Wednesdays (through August 26) from 1-3 PM, for youth ages 12-19.

SPR is introducing the ultimate teen summer experience! Summer Teen XP is a FREE drop-in program for youth to spend their summer engaging in field trips, sports, arts, games, leadership activities, outdoor adventures, and more.

With 16 locations across Seattle community centers, there's a place to make new friends, try something new all summer long. No registration required, just drop in!

It's almost time to celebrate the 4th of July! Seattle Parks and Recreation facilities will operate on modified schedules on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. While some recreation facilities will be closed, many parks, outdoor pools, lifeguarded beaches, sprayparks, wading pools, and other amenities will remain open.
