The next 3 or 4 days we will be receiving between 75% to 100% Rain. The ducks and geese will swim. The birds will look like wet mops. The mammal will stay in their houses. However, the earth will smell clean and fresh.
I will be taking my 6 month old bath, and the TV will lose signals.
still looking for someone to help with "Go Fund Me Account". Anything done is for the wildlife we have.

Is there anyone that are friends of our website that lives in Highlands County, that know how to do a Go Fund Me post? If so, please contact the center at 863-385-2770. We need to raise money for repairs to some cages, as they are showing there wear. Some are 10 to 15 years old. Some of our privatcey fence needs repair also. So would like to set up a fun to help with raising money for these and other projects that need attention.

Last week I received about 30 calls from the public. That doesn't count the calls that Karen and Helen may have answered last week. Calls on injured or abandon animals (mammals, birds and reptiles). Should you find wildlife, you can call FWC (Florida Wildlife Commission) or Animal Control. You can call us for questions, however we do not rehabilitate wildlife any longer due to not having volunteers or funding to continue rehabilitation of wildlife.
