Ruth Bowling with the Advent Global Health Grant Mission came to our club. With the help of club member, Chip, she demonstrated to our club the kit used to help train on “Safe Births Rapid Response”strengthening.
In countries like Nepal where the loss of children at birth per 100k is @100 vs the US rate of @22. Training helpers using this kit can greatly reduce that number.

With the help of Advent Hospital the cost of these kits is greatly reduced.

They are also working to get a new ambulance
