🚧 Progress Update: 228 North Ridgewood Drive 🚧

Construction is moving along at 228 North Ridgewood Drive, and we are excited to welcome this future Regus Center to Sebring! 🎉

Located near the Sebring Circle, this new office and coworking space will offer a convenient location for businesses and professionals.

A few construction highlights:
✅ Drywall nearly complete
✅ Plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm rough-ins complete
🎨 Painting and interior finishes coming soon

We’re excited to see this project continue to take shape and can’t wait to welcome this new business space to our community! 👏

All City of Sebring administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

The City of Sebring wishes all residents a safe holiday weekend as we remember to honor the courage and bravery of the true heroes who have sacrificed everything for our freedom.

The Highlands County landfill is open for normal business hours on Monday and garbage collection and yard waste will operate as usual. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26th.

🚗 New Downtown Sebring Parking Map Now Available!

The City of Sebring has introduced a new and improved parking map for Downtown Sebring to help make visiting our historic district even easier.

With over 600 parking spaces available throughout the downtown core, finding a place to park may be easier than many realize! Businesses are encouraged to use this map to help guide customers by referencing the closest parking lot number near their location.

🔎 How to find parking:
Look for the black-and-green parking signs at each designated parking lot throughout downtown. These signs correspond with the new map and help visitors quickly locate available parking areas.
