Today, detectives from our Detective Bureau had the opportunity to engage with a select group of Secaucus High School students during an informative presentation on forensic science. Students gained valuable insight into the fascinating world of forensic investigations and the important role forensic science plays in law enforcement. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community’s students and inspire the next generation of investigators!

Today, members of the Secaucus Police Department’s Motor Unit traveled to Philadelphia to pay their respects and honor the life and service of Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty on October 10th.

We stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters of the Philadelphia Police Department as they mourn the loss of one of their own. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Officer Seiber’s family, friends, and fellow officers during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Officer Seiber. Your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🖤💙
