Congratulations to this year’s recipients of the NJIC Sportsmanship Awards, presented at Biagio’s Restaurant, Katherine Nardone and Byron Mills. This recognition honors student-athletes who exemplify outstanding sportsmanship, leadership, respect, and character both on and off the field. Katherine and Byron have represented our school community with integrity and pride, demonstrating the values of teamwork, dedication, and respect that define exceptional student-athletes.

We are proud of their accomplishments and commend them on this well-deserved honor.

SECAUCUS DAY at the PRE-K

It was a great day at the Millridge School as our Pre-K students celebrated the second annual "Secaucus Day in Pre-K," a special event dedicated to honoring the town we call home.

Our Millridge School welcomed some of our community’s most important helpers to spend time with our youngest learners. We were incredibly proud to host representatives from the Secaucus Police Department, the Secaucus Fire Department, the Town Library, and Hudson Regional Hospital. We were also honored to have a special visit from Mayor Mike Gonnelli!

Throughout the morning, students had the opportunity to meet our town’s local heroes, ask questions, and learn about the vital roles these professionals play in keeping Secaucus safe, healthy, and connected. To bring this learning to life, students explored engaging, hands-on exhibits and participated in multi-sensory activities that allowed them to experience the “tools of the trade” up close.

A special thank you to our town representatives for helping make this year’s event another great success!

Last night at our February Board meeting, we had the pleasure of presenting the highlights of our Full Day Pre-K program, scheduled for the 2026-2027 school year.

Secaucus Families, community members, and board members learned more about the engaging curriculum, hands-on learning experiences, and supportive environment we will be providing for our youngest learners.
