This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's talk about the things people hide behind: smiles, busy schedules, and "I'm fine."

Mental health affects EVERYONE - parents, teens, coworkers, friends, first responders, students, farmers, teachers, and neighbors. Some battles are invisible, but they are still real.
