The Town of Seekonk is making it easier than ever to access important information online!

✔️ 3,437 public documents (over 37,000 pages!) are now fully accessible through DocAccess
✔️ Documents are searchable, mobile-friendly, and can be translated into 250+ languages
✔️ Works seamlessly with screen readers and other accessibility tools

We’ve also launched AudioEye across the Town’s website! 🌐
This new feature allows you to customize your browsing experience with tools like:
🔹 Text-to-speech
🔹 Adjustable text size and color contrast
🔹 Keyboard navigation support
🔹 Accessibility tools for visual, cognitive, and motor needs

📢 Energy Assistance & Savings Opportunities for Seekonk Residents

National Grid is continuing its Consumer Advocate Savings Events across Massachusetts this April, offering residents help with managing energy bills, accessing financial assistance, and learning ways to save on energy costs.

These free, in-person events connect you directly with Customer Assistance specialists who can help with:
✔️ Payment plans for past-due balances
✔️ Budget billing to stabilize monthly costs
✔️ Discounted rates for eligible households
✔️ Home energy assessments & efficiency programs

⚠️ Important Deadline:
Applications for Fuel Assistance (LIHEAP) must be submitted by April 30, 2026.

While there isn’t an event directly in Seekonk, several are happening close by, including:

Attleboro Public Library (April 8)
Rehoboth Senior Center (April 20)
Fall River & Brockton locations later in the month
