PSA!! Our Seguin High School has tax prep for the community!

Before recently, Kingston Garcia had next to no knowledge about the annual process of filing tax returns in the United States.

That all changed in the last few months as he’s become much more well-versed in the process through the Tax Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program in Seguin ISD’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) business pathway.

He, along with about 50 other students, help others prepare their tax return.

The KWED Radio AM 1580/Seguin Daily News annual Toy, Food and now Coat Blue Santa event is one of my favorite events during the holidays and really all year. This shows how much our town cares for itself. Thank you to Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office Seguin Police Department Seguin Fire Department Texas Department of Public Safety Guadalupe County Sheriff Joshua Ray Seguin Matador Band and all the other volunteers and sponsors for your time this morning for this very worthy cause.
