During the last weeks of school, our Eagles got surprised with books from our book blast donations!!! It was such a great success that all students from PK through 8th grade was able to receive at least 2 books each! Thank you to all the Eagle families and community for your support!!!!

Our Junior/Senior Prom Night was a huge success! 🎉✨

Our students danced, socialized, and created memories that will last a lifetime. It was wonderful seeing everyone having such a great time together and celebrating the end of the school year in style. 💃🕺

A special thank you to all of our high school teachers who volunteered as chaperones and helped make the evening safe, fun, and memorable for our Eagle students. We truly appreciate your time and dedication!

🌟 Teacher of the Year Spotlight 🌟

Please join us in celebrating Mrs. Erica Gonzalez, our incredible Teacher of the Year! 🎉

Mrs. Gonzalez began her journey in education after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from UTSA. She started teaching Pre-K in San Marcos and has now dedicated nearly 12 years to Southwest Preparatory School, impacting students across multiple campuses—NW, NE, and currently Seguin, where she also serves as a Career Teacher Leader.

Throughout her career, she has taught Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades, bringing passion, knowledge, and heart into every classroom she enters. 💙

Mrs. Gonzalez creates a learning environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. Her classroom is filled with engaging, hands-on lessons that make learning both rigorous and joyful. She builds strong relationships with students and families, ensuring each child is supported academically, socially, and emotionally.

Her colleagues describe her as an educator with an incredible work ethic, deep knowledge, and a true dedication to excellence.
