Seguin ISD - Home of the Matadors Building futures together Seguin ISD is the largest school district in Guadalupe County and encompasses 365 square miles.

Seguin Independent School District is located 30 minutes east of San Antonio and 50 minutes southwest of Austin in the growing community of Seguin in Central Texas. Seguin ISD is home to Ball

Early Childhood Center, seven elementary schools (Jefferson, Koennecke, McQueeney, Patlan, Rodriguez, Vogel, and Weinert), two middle schools ( Briesemeister and Barnes 6th-8th grade), Seguin High School, Mercer-Blumberg Learning Center and Seguin Alternative School. During the 2021-22 school year, 475 students graduated from Seguin High Schoo. These students earned more than 1 Million dollars in scholarship awards. Seguin ISD is part of District 14-5A which includes Buda Johnson, Comal Canyon, Dripping Springs, Kyle Lehman, SA Veterans Memorial, SA Harlandale and SA McCollum high schools.

Seguin ISD reserves the right to:
Disable public comments
Remove or edit comments
Ban individuals who repeatedly violate the district’s participation agreement
Amend the participation agreement to address issues that arise or changes in operations or the law
All comments and material posted to Seguin ISD-sponsored sites become the district’s property. By participating, users give Seguin ISD the irrevocable right and license to display, modify, reproduce, distribute, create other works from and publish submissions. Users also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the district, as well as its employees and affiliates, against damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, causes of action, costs or expenses arising out of any claim by a third party relating to material posted on Seguin ISD-sponsored sites.
