Big smiles, big cheers, preschool pride and a parade!

With one-and-a-half school days still left on the calendar, our youngest Vikings were celebrated in a big way during the Annual Preschool Parade. Smiles, cheers, pom-poms, high-fives, and happy faces lined the route as students enjoyed a special sendoff to an incredible year.

What a fun way to celebrate all they've learned, the friendships they've made, and the exciting adventures that await them next year.

Today was a day of celebration as the Selah School District rolled out the blue and gold carpet for our Selah Transition Education Program (STEP) students during a special Graduate Walk recognizing their accomplishments and achievements.

These hardworking students have spent years building skills, confidence, independence, and connections within our community. Their hard work, determination, and growth were on full display as we celebrated this important milestone and all they have accomplished. Surrounded by family, staff, peers, and supporters, each student was honored for their unique journey and the progress they have made.

Congratulations, Selah STEP students! We are proud of you!
