Check out what’s happening this week at Rudy Gelnett Library as we start our summer reading program!

Monday, June 1st, come to the first event in our Selinsgrove 250 series. At 5:30 we’ll be having a Liberty Tea Party, with ‘authentic’ tea circa 1776. For adults and open to families. Registration is encouraged at this link https://forms.gle/DXFvmSKEAAb6CVPX9

Tuesday, June 2nd, join Miss Anna for Toddler Story Time. Intended for ages 2 years-kindergarten.
There will also be a Teen Creative Club at 5:30, so come hang out and make a craft, different crafts available! Snacks provided.

Wednesday, June 3rd, our first Wonder Wednesday will welcome Lewisburg Children’s Museum for a Dino dig at 2:00.

Thursday, June 4th, we’ll have our usual Baby Story Time at 9:30 and Family Story Time at 5:30 with Miss Anna.
At 10:00 we’ll also have some dogs visiting from the Tri-County Obedience Club!

This Saturday join us at the Rudy Gelnett Library for a 250 Celebration Glow Party to kick off our summer program! 🥳

Happening Saturday, May 30th, from 10 am to 3 pm. There will be face painting, a glow-in-the-dark kids dance party, and crafts! 🎉

While you're out, support local businesses at the Selinsgrove Farmers Market then come over to our party!

Today Rudy Gelnett Library has limited open hours of 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. This means that instead of opening at 9:00 am, the library will open at 11:00 am.

Rudy Gelnett Library now has free pool passes for Selinsgrove Community Pool! 💕

Call or visit the Gelnett Library to reserve a week pass that can be used for up to five people in a single household.

Passes are for specific weeks in the summer and are first come first serve! Must be over 18 and a library card holder.

Our Summer Reading Program starts June 1st, and sign ups start Today!! 💕

You can sign up at any branch to get your reading logs and Stamp Card to earn stamps for prizes! For each day you meet your goal for reading, you get a stamp, and you can also get a stamp each time you check out books at the library or go to a program.
