With all the kids heading back to school, our team has been doing a little reminiscing about our own high school days.

Which naturally got us thinking...

What if we had all gone to high school together?! Welcome to Leadership SI High, where apparently we all joined the Leadership Club!

Now we just need to know: Who was most likely to be voted “Most Likely to Lead the Group Project”... and who was definitely talking in the back row? 😂

🎉 It’s time to celebrate Hannah! 🎉

Hannah brings a steady hand, a kind heart, and plenty of laughs to our office. It’s been such a joy watching her grow in her role over the years, while also getting to watch her sweet family grow right along with her.

From keeping us organized to the occasional HannAmanda moment 😂, we’re pretty lucky to have her on our team!

If you haven't seen Mark and Jesse around Southern Indiana this week, here's why...

They're representing Leadership Southern Indiana at the Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) Conference in Omaha, Nebraska, connecting with colleagues from across the country, sharing ideas, and bringing back fresh knowledge that will strengthen our community.

While Mark has been helping set the pace with the ALP Pacesetters group, Jesse has been... well... breaking boards! 💥🥋 (Be sure to check out the video in the comments!)

We're certainly looking forward to having them back home, but we couldn't be prouder to see them representing Southern Indiana on a national stage.

After all, even leaders need leadership training. Investing in growth, learning from others, and bringing new ideas home is exactly what leadership is all about.

I'll admit, I'm not an avid reader, but I've made it a goal to read more this year. I recently finished Get Better: Actualize Your True Self by Trey Kaufman-Renn and Jordan Delks. I picked it up because Trey is a local standout from Silver Creek High School who went on to have an outstanding basketball career at Purdue University.

This book is much more than a motivational read—it's a call to action. Rather than offering a temporary burst of inspiration, the authors challenge readers to draw a line in the sand and commit to becoming the person God created them to be. They encourage us to embrace our true selves, refuse to shrink from our potential, and not allow fear to write our story.

Whether you're looking for personal growth, spiritual encouragement, or simply a reminder to live with purpose and courage, this is a worthwhile read. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
