Congratulations to Ki-Hod Thomas!
He is TOUA's latest apprentice to complete all the necessary requirements to advance to Journeyman Lineman status.
Apprentices are required to complete a four year apprenticeship program that encompasses all areas of the electric distribution system. This includes 8000 hours of on the job training, electric apparatus installation, and electric theory.
Help us congratulate Ki-Hod on his great accomplishment.

💧SCHEDULED OUTAGE: There will be a scheduled Water Outage this Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 P.M. in Sells Section 4. The crew will be connecting a new waterline at the Probation Building construction site.
The Headstart building and Judicial/Jail complex will be the primary buildings affected. The Rec Center may also be affected (either out of water or low pressure).
