If anyone there remembers Dallas Antone, Army veteran and retired police officer, I wonder if they would be so kind as to pass a message to him, if possible. If not, thanks for your time.

"Dallas,
I hope that you are enjoying retirement. I have thought of you often through the years. Jose Sanchez, Pete Santaskas and ole Ski. Wish that we would not have lost touch. Take care, old friend and be well."

"While the law is certainly not on their side, the Tohono O'odham Nation and its people have great potential to use the law to
complicate President Trump’s plan to seize the borderlands. While Western law will never come to understand the O'odham relationship to land, it may be forced to account for that relationship and allow the Tohono O'odham to live and speak on their own terms.

While other forms of action will be critical, it is equally urgent to develop the legal strategies to counter the dispossession of native lands. This paper suggests that one way to do so is by reasserting the importance of tribal sovereignty and the federal trust responsibility owed to native peoples. In the O'odham language, there is no word for wall. However, there is a word for
“law” and it is Cihañig which also refers to“integrity.” - Marc E. Jácome
Have someone look into getting a government grant to have an address (Hwy-Road XX # # for example) for everyone. Get a grant to setup postal delivery owned and operated by your people. Start a GoFundMe page to hire a lawyer to make something happen. The squeaky wheel get a postal service! If you have FEDX and Prime delivery, you can have postal service.
God bless Officer Brown.
