Alabama Emergency Management Agency

Alabama Emergency Management Agency has opened up an opportunity for citizens to receive a tax credit for an individual storm shelter installed at the homeowner’s primary residence and meets FEMA criteria effective January 1, 2022. The tax credit is not retroactive for shelters constructed before Jan 1, 2022. Dallas County Dixie Youth team plays for World Series Championship on Thursday

Congratulations to the Coaches and Dallas County Dixie Youth baseball team for making the playoffs. A huge thanks for the support of the parents and Dallas County. We hope you bring home the championship trophy.

The Dallas County Dixie Youth 11- and 12-year-old All Star team is in Laurel, Miss., playing for the World Series Championship, with the championship game set for Thursday.
