We still have plenty of snow at Eanes Acres. The snow and ice on the ponds looks beautiful. The burst water pipe in the bunk house not so much!

Octoberfest 2022
We had a great time again this year. A little rain but overall great weather. Missed several that couldn’t make it but maybe next year.

A thing happened today while cutting trees to widen the trails in the woods. Chainsaw was pushed back by a small tree and hit my leg. Stopped the bleeding and bandaged, now heading into Selmer to probably get stitches.

I shot this fawn killer just as it scared a doe and fawn that we were watching. Coyotes kill off most of our fawns and I take them out every chance that I get.

It finally arrived!

The farm has a new addition to the stable 6.4x14 dovetail trailer for the zero turn and future sxs. Haven’t painted the tie downs but they are bolted on good.
