Please be aware of the heavy rain we are experiencing and take caution when navigating your areas and roads. The following roads have already been affected by high water and may be completely covered:

- Willow Pond Road, between Grimm Road and Ellerbusch Road has water over the roadway.
- Phillips

- Jenner
- Yankeetown Road

- Wasson
- Boonville-New Harmony
- Inderrieden
- Winsett

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WARRICK COUNTY RESIDENTS:

We have been informed of an issue affecting the VHF system, which is responsible for operating the Outdoor Weather Sirens and paging system for fire. Efforts are being made to resolve this matter promptly. We encourage all residents to ensure that their weather radios are properly set, that their phones are fully charged and configured to receive alerts, and to remain vigilant by following news updates for critical information. Please ensure that you are adequately prepared and have your emergency plans established. We appreciate your understanding during this system outage. Thank you.

The total solar eclipse is less than three weeks away! The Warrick County Sheriff's Office is taking extra measures to ensure that residents and visitors of Warrick County can have a safe and memorable Eclipse Day. Additional deputies will be deployed to assist with calls for service and traffic needs due to the potential influx of visitors into the area. If you have an emergency during this time please use 911! If you need assistance and it is not an emergency, please utilize the non-emergency line at 897-1200.
