Scout/Freebee REALLY thinks we're all dumb!! Constantly giving lip service, blaming customers for unfathomable wait times & down right LYING thinking we'll believe them. All we've heard is they're "collecting data" but we never SEE their data & issues STILL persist. Here's an example. The "trip planner" they added to their app so we could plan ahead for wait times. The wait time is estimated from "data" they collected from the prior 2 week's. If so how do they know the wait time in a month? Why is it the exact same as that day of week 4 weeks prior? They just plugged numbers, trying to manipulate, trying to make it appear wait times aren't as long as they are & long wait times aren't constant. They weren't even smart enough to shuffle them thinking we're dumb & we wouldn't figure it out! "Based off data from prior 2 weeks" is beyond an accidental statement. It's straight up lying & bullsh*tting us!!! Showing they're not surprised at all that this is happening, they're NOT "working on it" & they're not collecting data. They just wanna put on a show to ppl not using the "service", suffice us, shut us up. Well I've NEVER shut up & i sure ain't gonna start now!! How dare they!!! They truly have NO ethics or morals! Our commissioners gave them our money, they signed us up & are sitting back quiet & doing nothing while ppl lose their jobs & miss crucial appointments! Scout/Freebee & Seminole county commissioners have some explaining to do! They aren't even trying to hide that they don't gaf while counting our money. What they're chosing to do to the poor, elderly, handicapped, sick, etc shows they have absolutely no morals or ethics. They're truly evil!!!

How was everyone's commute today with the new "popular" rideshare "service" our commissioners gave our money to? Between wait time to be picked up & commute to & from work was 4 hours for me..... for an 8 hour shift. How much longer will our elected officials continue this cruel & unusual punishment on the poor, elderly, handicapped, etc? Their most vulnerable population.....
Shame, shame, SHAME on everyone involved in this contract!!!

Anyone else have the DISpleasure of using Scout for places they had to be at a scheduled time? What consequences did you suffer due our commissioners obvious blatant waste of OUR money in they their decision to contract Freebee? On top of my rent increasing cuz of property tax for this DISservice today alone it cost me about $60. I was late for work AND cost me $45 to get to & from work cuz of unfathomable wait times. There needs to be a department open to turn in our receipts for reimbursement.... to be paid out of THEIR check. It's about time THEY suffer consequences of THEIR actions rather than us & them just walk away. Ik it'll never happen but we can dream.

Regardless of if you use public transportation, you should be enraged! Seminole county commissioners really screwed over...

Regardless of if you use public transportation, you should be enraged! Seminole county commissioners really screwed over the whole county discontinuing Lynx & replacing it with Scout saying how great
it'll be & save *US* money. How is this "saving" us money when on top of what we were paying Lynx, to use this "service" is at least double the cost for riders, our property & gas tax increased to cover this. On top of all that money tax payers are paying Freebee they make money off advertising on their vehicles. The kicker on top of that is Scout/Freebee owns the vehicles at the end of the contract!!!! So Seminole county residents are buying this PRIVATE FOR PROFIT company vehicles?!? Seminole county screwed everyone except Freebee in this contract! We need to ask who in Seminole county govt has stock, is getting a kick back or is in some way making money on this? Cuz this is DEFINITELY NOT in the public best interest. Scout isn't even a company!! Scout is the "division"/area of Freebee. Why didn't they mention Freebee when promoting them to us & still don't? So you won't look them up & see they have an F rating with the BBB. Or that they've had atrocious wait times in every area they've ever serviced, never being resolved. Seminole county is the largest area they've ever serviced. Seminole County commissioners need to be asked if they researched this service before handing them millions of our money!!! If so why would they vote for this with the info openly available if no one's making money off the deal? Why don't they use the great service THEY voted for?!? Cuz they think they're kings & can do whatever they want & we're peasants who just have to put up with it. Itd be faster to physically ride a bike or walk to your destination than wait for them to pick you up & they're too good for that treatment. Ppl have lost their jobs cuz of this! Elderly, handicapped & babies have missed Dr's appts. Will they do something before someone loses their life? The problem is Scout doesn't have enough vehicles & even though they own the vehicles at the end they're not cutting into their raw profit to buy anymore to fix the problem cuz they don't gaf about us. They got our money & 2 year contact, no returns.

Seminole county commissioners discontinued reliable Lynx bus service & replaced it with Scout/Freebee to save *US* money.....but raise EVERYONE'S property tax to cover it?!? That's the opposite of save 🤦‍♀️ It's actually COST ppl jobs cuz the service is so horrible & unreliable & they flat out don't care!!!
