I am thrilled to once again be running for a seat on the City of Seminole's City Council. As an incumbent, I feel the Council and the City staff have done an outstanding job guiding the City of Seminole to its present fiscal position. Having lived in Seminole for the past 35 years, I have strong and lasting contact with our community. I am the past President of the Seminole Chamber of Commerce, am
or have served on the Board of Directors for PARC, Pinellas Village, Seminole Lake Rotary, Heavendropt, American and Pinellas Marine Institutes, Seminole Lake CC, PDQ, as well as Past President of the Seminole Lake HOA. I have served on many non-profit boards over the years as it has always been my goal to give back to my community. Seminole is one of only a handful of cities in the State that are DEBT FREE. Your tax rate has not been increased over the past 13 years, remaining at a low millage rate of 2.4793 due to the conservative spending plan the Council applies. We have grants and funds set aside for completing Waterfront Park, renovating Blossom Lake and the City Park as well as an aggressive 5-year road, sidewalk, drainage, and tree restoration plan. The City of Seminole is in great shape. So, I hope you will consider what we have accomplished as you cast your ballot on November 3rd--and I would appreciate your vote. Election Date: November 3, 2020
