Please join us in congratulating Assistant Chief Jeff Eiland on his graduation from the prestigious FBI National Academy, Session 298.
The FBI National Academy is one of the most respected leadership programs in law enforcement, bringing together the top law enforcement leaders from across the United States and around the world for an intensive 10-week program focused on leadership, organizational management, contemporary policing strategies, and professional development.
During the 10 week academy, Assistant Chief Eiland completed multiple rigorous course curriculums that include:
* Advanced leadership coursework,
* College accredited instruction in conjunction with the University of Virginia,
* Intense physical fitness and wellness training culminating in the grueling 6.1 mile βYellow Brick Roadβ,
* Networking and collaboration with police leaders around the globe.
Graduation from the National Academy represents a commitment to excellence, lifelong learning, and servant leadership. The knowledge, experience, and professional relationships developed through this program will continue to benefit not only our department, but the citizens of Semmes for years to come.
