Bailey was on duty yesterday—and of course, he stole the show! 🐾💙

Our favorite therapy dog in TRAINING spent some time helping out, bringing smiles, comfort, and a little extra joy to everyone he met. Whether it’s a busy day or a stressful moment, Bailey always knows just how to brighten it.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to host students from Alma Bryant High School’s Health Science program for a day of shadowing—and what a great experience it was!

Students toured SouthFlight and the Mobile County Emergency Management Agency, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at how different parts of emergency services work together. They also spent time in our dispatch center, learning how calls are received, prioritized, and coordinated.

We love being able to support and inspire the next generation of healthcare and emergency service professionals. Thank you to these students for your interest and enthusiasm—we hope to see you out in the field one day!

While they may not wear tuxedos or carry spy gadgets, our telecommunicators are the calm, confident voice on the other end of the line—handling high-stakes situations with precision, professionalism, and just the right amount of cool under pressure.

From coordinating emergency responses to gathering critical information in seconds, they truly are the behind-the-scenes heroes keeping everything running smoothly.

Yesterday, our station dog Bailey had the chance to stop by and visit our amazing telecommunicators, and it definitely brought some extra smiles to the room 🐾💙

We are so proud of our station dog, Bailey, for completing his obedience training with Yarbrough’s Fine Retrievers 🐾🎓

To celebrate all of his hard work, we even held a little graduation party for him—and he definitely earned it!

We can’t wait to see all the great things Bailey will continue to do for our team and our community. 💙
