New signs put up today by Aldot at our Moffat rd entrance to Big Creek Lake. Please let everyone know how this will effect every public waterway in the State, if we can't enter or fish public waterways from Right-of-Ways or State Property; this will set a precedent for shutting everyone down from fishing from the banks of the Causeway or any other Public Creek, Stream, River, Gulf Shores Lagoon, Dauphin Island, and any other State Property that the tax payers (us) have paid for already.
Now is the time to stand together and take back what is ours. we need your help

Game warden was at Fox's Landing this morning 5-28-26 checking fishing license. Please make sure you are following State Laws while fishing Big Creek Lake as it is and has always been a public waterway. We will continue to work toward our public access.

We have raised a total of $20,891.33
in the fight for more access to our lake. This is the invoices so far that we have received from the Attorneys for time, complaints filed to the court, and the meetings they have attended to get the information that we need to move forward in the case.

We are working on getting more details on the "IED" that was found and will be letting everyone know when the new information has been confirmed. I will also be making a post at the first of next week on the funds raised for the litigation and the invoices we have received so far. Mrs Howell's Mother's Day basket Raffle raised $160 cash and $20 on cashapp. Bringing the total including the $10,000 retainer we have already paid to Benton Law Firm to $20,891.33
Thank you for the continued support, as we will be working towards bring everyone the facts. The "IED" made national news but no details were given. We will continue to bring you the facts and details as we confirm them.(I will not be posting the information we are receiving until it is confirmed.)
Please remember that I Matthew Frazier , Heath Hutchinson , and Joshua Lacoste do have jobs, kids, and a home to take care of, we fight for our lake everyday and night when we get time (sometimes don't have time to post). We can use all of the help and tips from you to continue putting the pieces together and bringing the confirmed facts. Thank you all again so much for standing with us!
