We would like to thank Chancellor Sabrina Howell for allowing Ainsley Wilson to open Court with prayer this morning. Ainsley is the daughter of Major Matthew Wilson with the Tate County Sheriff's Office. She is a Sophomore at Magnolia Heights where she plays soccer and is involved with Lady Chiefs of Christ. We would like to welcome Charles Nick Smith as our newest Youth Court Judge and Family Master. He was appointed by our newly retired Senior Chancellor, Judge Percy Lynchard and he was sworn in today by the Chancery Clerk, Tim Hale. Judge Nick Smith is a native of Tate County and we are so lucky to have him in this position to preside over Youth Court cases, Pro-Se Court cases, and Commitment cases.

Thank you Chancellor Percy Lynchard for allowing one of our local students to come pray in your courtroom on April 8, 2026. Lila Grace Doubleday is a Junior at Magnolia Heights School. She is the daughter of Carrie and David Doubleday. She plans to attend Mississippi College after graduation and she plans to study Psychology and Children's Ministry. Thank you Lila Grace for praying for our courtroom this morning. Also, thank you again to Judge Lynchard.

We would like to thank Chancellor Percy Lynchard for allowing Meredith Nickels, a senior at Magnolia Heights, to open Court with prayer this morning. Meredith plans to play soccer and complete her Freshman year at East Mississippi Community College in the Fall. Meredith is the daughter of our own Gray and Whitney Nickels. Meredith did a wonderful job!

Jacob Waller is the son of William & Rebecca Waller. Thank you Jacob for opening Court with prayer yesterday morning and thank you again to Chancellor Daniels for allowing him to do this!
