Cayuga Nation Governance This page is not affiliated with the Clint Halftown faction. Unlike many democracies, leaders are not selected by constituents' vote nor statements of support.

The Cayuga Nation operates under a traditional form of government under the Great Law of Peace of the Haudenosaunee (Six Nations) Confederacy which was given to us by the Creator through the Peacemaker. Rather, the Nation is organized into clans. If all participate, this practice decentralizes power and authority. Nation Council then make Consensus Decisions to address the needs of the people.
