Last week the 5th and 6th grade Bands, and the 6th grade Chorus held their last concert. They put on a fantastic show!

The last of our Concerts will be Tuesday at 7pm for the 7/8 grade band and chorus and Wednesday at 7pm for the Mynderse Academy Chorus.

Last week at our June 4 Board of Education Meeting, a number of people were recognized! Our Class of 2026 Valedictorian (Isaac Jang) and Salutatorian (Kyah Lajewski), our 2026 Retirees (Laura Fitzgerald - Mynderse Academy, Dana Colvin - Seneca Falls Middle School and Carlene Mull - Frank Knight), and our exiting Board of Education Members - Cara Lajewski, Joseph McNamara and Erica Sinicropi.

Congratulations to Phung Cao on an amazing Nationally Recognized Accomplishment! Phung Cao, a Junior of Mynderse Academy, has been named a winner of the 45th annual Congressional Art Competition for New York’s 24th district. Her acrylic painting, entitled, ‘Calvin’ will be exhibited along with other winners throughout the country for one year at the Capital. She and a family member have received flight vouchers from the competition in order to attend the opening on June 25th with a celebration to follow.
The work will hang in the Congressional Art show at the Capitol in the Cannon Tunnel. The show is viewable by the public by scheduling in advance through Representative Tenny’s office if you reside in the 24th Congressional District.
