Due to tonight’s icy weather event, we have 14 volunteers and 2 county personnel staffing both of our fire stations and ready to respond.

Our radio room is set up as Station 3 Area Operations, working with County Dispatch and EOC to ensure calls are quickly routed to responding units.

Please stay safe at home if you can, avoid unnecessary travel, and watch for icy roads, bridges, and sidewalks.

If you lose power, contact your power company to report the outage. For emergencies, call 911.

We’re here for you, Seneca, stay warm and stay safe.

Help us give a warm Corinth-Shiloh welcome to Fire Chief Dave Scheuerer!

Join us for Chief & Chili: Meet & Greet and shake hands, grab a free bowl of chili (while supplies last), spend time with the volunteers and get to know the new leader serving our community prior to the January 15 commission meeting. This event is open to the public, and we’d love to see neighbors, families, and friends come out in support.

Around 3:30am this morning we were dispatched to a report of a vehicle fire on Davis Creek Road near Ravenel Elementary. A few of the volunteers were still at the station working on year end reports and so the department was able to respond with two engines and a squad. The fire was extinguished quickly after arrival, crews remained on scene with the vehicle owner until a tow truck arrived.
