Congratulations to all the graduating Sequim High School seniors. Sequim VFW Post 4760 awarded six $1500 scholarships to Violet Ollerman, Kendra Dodson, Naveah Owens, Jackson Hines, Joshua Loucks, and Ezekiel Schmadeke. Our Auxiliary also awarded three $1,000 scholarships to Paige Penson, Colin Feik and Joshua Loucks.

Thank you to everyone who came out today to honor and remember our fallen heroes at Sequim View Cemetery. Seeing our community come together to show respect, gratitude, and support means more than words can express.
Your presence helped remind us that the sacrifices made by our service members will never be forgotten. Thank you for taking the time to pay tribute to those who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and selflessness will never be forgotten.
This morning, we spent time at Sequim View Cemetery paying tribute to our fallen soldiers and reflecting on the freedoms we enjoy because of their sacrifice. Today is more than a long weekend, it is a day to remember those who gave everything so we could have the lives we live today.
May we never forget our fallen heroes. 🇺🇸
