We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful to share a very special project that was completed at Safe Harbor! An amazing group in this years class of Leadership Tomorrow chose us as their community project this year, and they brought something to life that we’ve always envisioned of having.

For the first time ever, Safe Harbor will have a dedicated, beautifully designed outdoor space! 🏡✨

Having an outdoor area is a complete game-changer for us. This space will serve as:

💙 A peaceful place for the children and families we serve to engage in outdoor therapy and find a moment of calm.

💙 A breath of fresh air for our hardworking staff to recharge, debrief, and practice self-care.

💙A versatile environment for meetings, gatherings, and so much more.

To the incredible members of Leadership Tomorrow: thank you for pouring your time, energy, and hearts into our mission. Your hard work is creating a lasting legacy of comfort and healing for our community. 💙

We want to say an additional thank you to all of the community partners that donated time, resources and financial support to make this happen!

Leadership presented us a check today from left over project funds so we can carefully choose furniture and items that are specific to what we would need to use them for!

We had an amazing day at our Shooting for a Better Tomorrow sporting clays tournament! Thanks to our amazing shooters, sponsors, and volunteers, the event was a massive success.

And shoutout to Mother Nature—the weather held off for the most part, letting us get those clays in the air! 🌤️❌🌧️

Most importantly, every straight shot and broken clay directly impacts the kids we serve at Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center. The funds raised from this tournament allow us to continue providing a safe place, healing services, and a voice for child victims of abuse.
