On Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, the Medina County FOP/FOPA will be hosting the annual Shop-With-A-Cop event in Medina County. About 120 area children will be accompanying roughly 60 first responders in 60 Emergency vehicles from Montville Twp. to WalMart in Medina Twp. The parade is expected to come through Medina City on Court St. (all of it) around 9:30-10:00am. Afterwards, the various vehicles will return, individually to Montville Twp as they finish shopping. We expect to be mostly out of Medina City by 11:30am.

Officers, Fire/EMS, and Agents from Local, Township, County, State and Federal agencies will be participating in the event that serves Medina County children and families during the Holiday Season.

If you would like to join us in the celebration, the kids enjoy waving as they pass by. If you want to avoid the additional traffic … you’ve been warned. Either way, we understand!

Medina County FOP/FOPA would also like to thank our many sponsors, donors and benefactors. It’s only through the generous donations throughout the year from businesses, community organizations and individuals that make this and other service and giving opportunities possible. Medina County FOP/FOPA exists to support the well-being of law enforcement officers, their families and the communities they live in and serve.

This Saturday, Dec 7, Medina County FOP #204 will host the annual Shop With A Cop event in Medina. We will have a parade of various public safety vehicles that will start in Montville Twp and end at Medina WalMart, in Medina Twp. The parade will run from about 10am and we hope to be in the parking lot at WalMart by 10:30 - 10:45. There is not a return “parade” but there will be extra traffic leaving the area.

FOP204 and Medina County Law Enforcement Association (MCLEA) would like to thank the citizens, businesses and organizations of greater Medina County for their support throughout the year, for SWAC, community support and other events. MCLEA is a 501.c.3 charitable organization and funds are raised throughout the year.

The Auction items are just about ready for tomorrow's Mardi Gras Reverse Raffle to benefit Medina Co FOP #204. Shop with a Copnos tomorrow.

Here's the annual warning: tomorrow is SHOPS WITH COPS Day. There will be a very long parade of first responder vehicles travelling from Blue Heron to the Wal-Mart in Medina Township. Please do not be alarmed with the overwhelming number of vehicles with their lights and sirens activated. The parade is expected to go through Public Square around 10:00AM. We encourage as many as people as possible to line the sidewalks along Court Street to cheer on these children for their special day out!
