Sewanee Volunteer Fire Department was able to receive the Best Community Risk Reduction (CRR) award from the Tennessee State Fire Marshalls Office in 2025 due to work and help from the Bonner/Canale program! Last year, site leader Claire Chiles, with the help of Hadlee Hale and MaeAnne Hale, was able to create the CRR. Creating it took almost 12 months but has been able to help SVFD significantly. Thank you to the Bonner/Canale program!
