🔴🔴***IMPORTANT MESSAGE*** 🔴🔴

Our town has been severely effected by a severe thunderstorm this evening. Multiple trees and wires are down throughout the area. Multiple road closures are in effect as well. Please stay away from any down wire you may come across and dial 911 to report it. Crews have been working throughout the night and will continue clean up efforts at first light tomorrow morning. Please adhere to all road closures and do not drive around any barricades that have been placed on roadways.

⚡️Atlantic City Electric is aware of the multiple power outages and have crews responding to the area. There is no estimated time of restoration of electricity at this time.

⛔️The following roadways are currently CLOSED:

⛔️Bridgeton Pike between Mantua Blvd and Mt Royal Rd

⛔️Berkley Rd between Bridgeton Pike and Harrison Ave

⛔️Multiple side streets are also closed in residential neighborhoods.

⚠️Please work with us during this time as we work to clear roads and remove all hazards and stay off the roads if you don’t have to travel.

The missing 75-year-old male has been LOCATED SAFE.

Thank you to everyone who shared the post, checked surveillance cameras, and assisted in helping us locate him. We greatly appreciate the quick response and continued support from our community.

MISSING ELDERLY MALE – PLEASE SHARE

The Mantua Township Police Department is currently attempting to locate a 75-year-old male who suffers from dementia and has wandered away in the past.

He was last seen at approximately 10:20 AM today near Centre City School in Mantua Township. He is approximately 6’1”, 170–180 lbs. and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, tan shorts, white socks, and dark-colored sneakers.

We are asking residents in the Centre City section of Mantua Township to please check any doorbell, home, or business surveillance cameras for footage that may help us determine his direction of travel.

Anyone with surveillance footage or information that may assist in locating him is asked to email [email protected].
