Last week, our Flower Transfer Logistics team proudly celebrated Truck Driver Appreciation Week—a time dedicated to honoring the men and women behind the wheel who keep our economy and communities moving.

At FTL, we marked the occasion with snacks, lunch, and raffle prizes as a small token of our gratitude. But the truth is, no words or gifts can fully express how much we appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of our drivers. They take on one of the most essential and demanding jobs in our industry; delivering products safely, securely, and on time, all while navigating long hours, challenging road conditions, and unpredictable weather.

We extend our thanks not only to FTL’s incredible team of drivers, but also to the 3.5 million professional truck drivers nationwide whose commitment helps keep America moving. You are the driving force behind our success. 🚚💐

We can haul more than Flowers! This past Saturday, one of our FTL trucks had the privilege of ushering the Hulmes Motorsports car through downtown Pitman, New Jersey for their annual Holiday Parade.

FT Logistics and Hulmes Motorsports takes 2nd and 1st place on 4th of July week.

At speeds topping 102Mph and leading for five laps, DV fleet manager Scott Hulmes battled to hold on and drove to a 2nd place victory at Bridgeport speedway beating out a field of 30 other cars from around the tri-state area. On the 4th; Scott with FTL providing a tractor and one of our vendors (Tyler Mill Towing) supplying a specialized trailer, participated in the Paulsboro 4th of July parade taking home a 1st place trophy for best in class. “I spent a day together with my family and I work for a company that supports community events and its employees, How lucky am I” – Scott Hulmes

On February 18, 2013, Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) announced the opening of a second Distribution Center within its New England sales region. The 8,000 square foot facility is located at 577 D Hartford Turnpike, in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. This newest Distribution Center is strategically located to maintain and improve service level commitments to DVFG's growing New England customer base, while also positioning capabilities to expand further geographically throughout the New England Region.
