Welcome to Deptford Schools’ newest staff members!

As part of their onboarding this week, our 20+ new teaching staff enjoyed a bus tour of the school district yesterday, ending with a sweet stop at Scoopy's Too. Thanks to our driver, Ms. Deb, and our tour guide, Mr. Rambo, who bumped into a few of his Oak Valley students during the tour.

Our Spartan Summer Academy Camp took place at Deptford High School earlier this month!

From August 3-6, our students enjoyed an incredible week of STEM, athletics, performing arts & more. We appreciate your enthusiasm & willingness to try something new! 👏

Thanks to our incredible staff who gave their time, energy & expertise to create meaningful experiences for our Spartans. We’re looking forward to next summer already! 🖤💛

Deptford High School Spartan Boys Track & Field competed at the New Balance National Championship over the weekend with some incredible results!

ALL-AMERICANS:

-Kareem Brown - 400 Hurdles

-Johann Hernandez, Kareem Brown, Liam Brown, Xavion Holmes - 4x200 Relay

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS:

-Kareem Brown, Kamaldeep Singh, Xavion Holmes, Larry Norman - 4x110 Shuttle Hurdle Relay: 58.42

Who says “never meet your heroes”?

DHS 2026 graduates Hunter Thomas & Dom Alia started an Instagram fan account for Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Jalyx Hunt during his rookie season. On a whim, they invited Hunt to Deptford’s commencement ceremony last night, and he showed up!
