Shoutout to all the nurses out there, ER, ICU, flight, floor nurses, home health, clinic, transport… every single one of you! The long shifts, the missed holidays, the hard conversations, the split-second decisions… and still showing up with compassion, it does not go unnoticed. In our world, we see it every day, teams working together in chaos, trusting each other, doing whatever it takes for the patient in front of them. That’s dedication and that’s nursing.
