We all know it's St Patrick's Day, but March 17 is also the feast day of St Gertrude, the unofficial patron saint of felines! So if you forget to wear any green today, just show off the cat hair that's likely on your clothes (let's be real, cat hair is like glitter - impossible to get off) and say you're celebrating St Gertrude Day instead!

A black cat named Moon stole the show at Stonehenge during the winter solstice - and everyone forgot about the ancient stones for a moment.

About 8,500 people gathered at the prehistoric monument in England on December 21st to watch the sunrise on the shortest day of the year. But all eyes turned to Moon, a traveling black cat who was perched confidently on top of one of the massive stones, watching the crowds below.

The footage shows her sitting calmly on the ancient structure while thousands of people celebrated around her. An Instagram user who witnessed the moment said everyone was completely captivated - "I think everyone forgot about the stones when she appeared. She was the star of the show."

Moon's owners explained that she's been living the van life with them since she was born. The fearless feline has epilepsy and an underdeveloped brain hemisphere, which means she has no fight-or-flight response. She's literally scared of nothing and just loves life.

Her owners said "she was loving it" as she surveyed the solstice celebration from her perch on one of the world's most famous ancient monuments.
