This year, we’re making parking easier and more convenient for everyone!

Park at the Larry Janesky / Connecticut Basement Systems parking lots in Silvermine Industrial Park.

🚌 MORE SHUTTLE BUSES!
Free shuttle buses will bring you directly to the Pumpkin Festival and back to your vehicle!

✨ Plenty of FREE parking + more shuttle buses = a better festival experience!

Buses run from 8 AM – 6 PM!

What an AWESOME day for Seymour! 🐾💙💛

Today’s Seymour Community Pep Rally was a great way to kick off the school year and celebrate our kids, sports teams, and the community that supports them. Seeing our student-athletes recognized and coming together on the beautiful new turf field made the day especially memorable!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make today happen—our Seymour Athletic Directors, Coach Fed and Coach Sponheimer, the Fathers Club, AYF Youth Football Cheer, George J Hummel Little League, Seymour High School athletes, Seymour Ambulance, Seymour Police Dept.,Community Food 2 Kids, Bushi Ban, Love Mom XOXO, Our staff at Seymour High School, Seymour Middle School, Our Coaches, Entertainment, Dr. Compton, the Fathers Club for the food, everyone else who contributed.

The turnout was incredible, and it was wonderful to see our community come together to support our students and celebrate all that makes Seymour special.

Good luck to all our athletes this season. Let’s go Seymour!

The Town of Seymour is proud to welcome its two newest members of the Seymour Police Department, Officer Justin Herrera and Officer Quinn Levey, who were officially sworn in this morning.
Both officers will begin their basic training at the Milford Police Academy this Friday.

**LET’S HELP ZACHARY HIT THIS GOAL OUT OF THE PARK!** 🎗️

I want to take a minute and recognize **Seymour High School student and Wildcat baseball player Zachary Lawruszko**.

Zachary has been selected as an **ASFL All-Star for the New England region** and will be participating in the **A Shot For Life Home Run Derby in East Hartford over Labor Day weekend.**

Along with being selected for this great opportunity, Zachary has also been asked to raise **$1,000 for cancer research.**

Now, you all know how I feel about supporting our kids and supporting our own. ❤️ This is one of those times where even a few dollars from a lot of people can make a big difference.

The money raised benefits **Dr. William Curry’s Cancer Research Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital.** A Shot For Life has been supporting Dr. Curry’s immunotherapy research since 2011, helping fund work that is making a difference in the fight against cancer.

So Seymour, let’s do what we do best and get behind one of our Wildcats!
