🌳🥏 These kids got to WORK today! 💪💚

A huge shoutout to the awesome students who spent part of their Youth Day of Caring giving the Freeman Disc Golf Course a little TLC!

They grabbed the mulch, got their hands dirty and worked together to mulch around the disc golf baskets throughout the course. And just look at the difference they made! 👏

We love seeing young people roll up their sleeves and take pride in their community. The work they did today will be enjoyed by everyone who heads out to play a round at Freeman Field Recreational Sports Complex. 🥏

A BIG thank you to these hardworking kids and Jackson County United Way for making Youth Day of Caring happen! 💚

Due to the heat, all Seymour Parks & Recreation Youth Soccer games scheduled for tonight, Thursday, Sept. 3, have been canceled.
🌡️ The safety of our players, coaches and families is our top priority.
📅 Tonight’s games will be made up at the end of the season.
Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with other soccer families!

The Seymour Parks and Recreation Department is seeking businesses, organizations, clubs and individuals interested in sponsoring entertainment for this year’s festival. Your support will help us bring quality acts to the stage for our community to enjoy!

Sponsorship levels:

⭐ Standard — $100
⭐ Premium — $250
⭐ Gold — $500

The Fall Foliage Festival will be held from 5–9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Crossroads Park.
