GREAT THINGS HAPPEN WHEN A COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER.

The new Lions Park pavilion is something our entire community will be able to enjoy for years to come, and it wouldn't be possible without the people and businesses who helped make it happen.

Community service doesn't always mean a big project. Sometimes it's as simple as sharing a bag of popcorn and a smile.

Tonight, Seymour Lions Club members walked throughout Music in the Park handing out free popcorn to everyone in attendance.

We enjoyed connecting with so many families, friends, and neighbors while supporting another great Seymour tradition.

Thanks to Mother Nature for providing a beautiful night for the festivities.

🦁 It's Here! The New Lions Park Pavilion is Ready to Welcome You! 🦁

After months of planning and construction, we're excited to announce that the new Lions Park Pavilion is officially complete!

The new facility was designed with families and park visitors in mind and features:
💦 Three changing rooms for Splash Pad users
🚻 Two new restrooms
☀️ Covered seating where you can relax, cool off, and enjoy everything Lions Park has to offer.

This project represents a major investment in our community and is another step toward making Lions Park an even better place for families to gather, play, and create memories. We invite everyone to stop by, check it out, and make it part of your next visit!

As you enjoy the new pavilion, we ask one simple favor. Please help us take care of it. Treat it with the same pride you have for our community so it remains a place everyone can enjoy for years to come.

🌱 You will also notice newly seeded grass surrounding the pavilion. To give it the best chance to grow, please stay on the sidewalks and paved walkways for the next few weeks while the grass becomes established.

Finally, this project would not have been possible without the incredible support of many individuals, businesses, organizations, volunteers, and community partners. In the coming weeks, we will recognize those who helped turn this vision into reality.

Our 7th Annual Light the Night Glow Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday October 3rd.

We have many sponsorship opportunities. Please consider a sponsorship or basket raffle item. Direct message us or speak to your favorite lion if you want to donate.

🍺 Here’s to the Crew Behind the Brews! 🍺

While everyone was raising a glass on Thursday night, there was a team working hard to keep those cups full!

A big shout-out to the Seymour Lions Club for pouring, serving, and keeping the beverage stand running all evening long. From the first beer to the last, your volunteers helped keep the fair fun flowing.

The best part? Every pour, every smile, and every shift helps support the community beyond the fairgrounds.

So if you see a Seymour Lions Club member, give them a wave—or better yet, a well-deserved “Cheers!” 🍻
