Shakopee Valley Lions The Shakopee Valley Lions is Lions Club for women (we are separate from the men's club) who give back to our community through donations and volunteering.

Last night we attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Shakopee Miracle Field. Congratulations to the Shakopee Lions Club, the City of Shakopee and everyone who had a hand in making this happen. It’s a wonderful facility, and we were so honored to be a part of it. League play starts there next week, check it out!

Today is the day.

After years of planning, fundraising, and community support, the Miracle Field of Shakopee opens tonight at Tahpah Park.

Join us from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for our official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening. The official ceremony runs from 6:30 to 7:00 PM, with open play before and after. Come see this amazing field and celebrate what this community has built together!

A heartfelt thank you to every donor, volunteer, partner, and Lions member who made this happen. Tahpah Park, 1490 Adams St S.

At our recent Spring Ham & Turkey Bingo event, we held a 50/50 raffle. We donated the proceeds to Tree House in Shakopee. Bingo co-chair Lion Bonnie presented the check for $424 to Deb Bodensteiner from Tree House.
