After all the planning, preparing, decorating, donating, and volunteering… FALL FESTIVAL IS FINALLY HERE! 🧡💙

We are SO excited to see our UES families tonight for an evening packed with:

🎪 Games & prizes
🎨 Face painting, tattoos & hair fun
🎃 Paint-A-Pumpkin
👻 Haunted House & Fairytale Land
🎢 Inflatables
🚒 Fire Truck & Sparky
📸 Photo Ops
🍕🌮🍖FOOD TRUCKS, DESSERTS & COFFEE

🎟️ REMINDER: We’re using wristbands this year instead of traditional tickets! Keep in mind that some activities will still have an additional cost.

🚒 Big Trucks & Happy Tails: Shallotte Fire Department is rolling into Fall Fest! 🐾

Get ready for some serious fun! The Shallotte Fire Department is joining us at this year’s Fall Festival, and they’re bringing along their biggest star—Sparky the Fire Dog! 🐶❤️

Bring the whole family out to:
✨ Tour a real fire truck and see all the cool gear up close
✨ Take photos & high-five Sparky 📸
✨ Learn fun safety tips from our local heroes!
✨ Take the time to personally thank our local fire fighters for all of their hard work over the last several months!

Whether your kiddos love big trucks or furry friends, this is one stop at the festival you won't want to miss.

We’ve got an awesome lineup of food trucks coming this year, and there’s going to be something for everyone — from sweet treats and coffee to pizza, hot dogs, and more! 🍕🍩☕️🍖

Fall Festival is right around the corner, and we want to help you skip the lines and save some cash! 🥳

How to get your wristbands:
📬 Pre-ordered online? The first round of wristbands were dropped into teachers’ mailboxes on Friday and will continue to be sent out all week—so keep an eye on your child’s folder!
📋 Didn't receive them in time? No stress! Just head to the check-in table at the front entrance when you arrive. We’ll have a list of pre-paid orders ready and will hand your wristbands over on the spot.

⚠️ Important Reminder: Everyone must have a wristband to enter the festival (children 2 and under are free!).

Today is technically the deadline to send in your donations for our silent auction baskets, but good news: we are extending item collection through all of next week! 🧺✨

We are still accepting items for all baskets, including our popular Locals Only basket—so if you have local goods, gift cards, or unique products, bring them on in!

In particular, a couple of our themed baskets need a little extra love to get auction-ready:

Our next PTO meeting is Friday, October 2nd.
NO VIRTUAL MEETING THIS TIME.

We will treat this meeting time a little differently. We will use this as a working meeting, everything Fall Festival will be delivered to the school in the morning & we'll organize everything as it comes in.
We'll also finalize logistics, volunteers, set-up and clean up.

It’s all hands on deck for the Fall Festival next week—let's make it great!
