Update! We got an email from Hoopla today and it Said the problem should be resolved. Yeah!

Note for Hoopla users. I have looked on various sites and this is what I could gather. They did an update on July 31. It is causing problems for some people almost nationwide. Of course people are frustrated and angry! I think the Hoopla people are trying to fix the problem.
We have received reports of the Hoopla app not working on Apple devices. In the meantime the suggestions I see for a temporary fix are:
Uninstall the Hoopla Digital app
Turn off your device completely and wait 15-30 seconds
Turn on your device and reinstall the Hoopla Digital app

Be patient. They'll get there. If need to order yourself actual books, let us know. Remember there are two other reading apps which are Libby (uses same thing as Hoopla just may have a waiting list) and Cloud (this requires a state of Kansas ecard).

I can’t believe I am having to post this. It just seems like common sense. We are not a babysitter. In addition, if children do not know some basic rules of behavior in a library and act accordingly, we will ask them to leave.
