That's why we're highlighting free, evidence-based Health & Wellness programs from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging that support body, mind, and overall well-being.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s a good time to remember how closely mental health and substance use can be connected in young people. Anxiety, depression, and ADHD can increase risk for using things like alcohol or ni****ne to cope, and substance use can also make those struggles harder to manage, especially when they show up together.
