Mike Kelly voted for this! Our opportunity to vote him out is in November, but we won't succeed unless we all talk to EVERYONE we meet about Justin Wagner for Congress. Ask if they're registered; tell them about veteran, non-millionaire, and honest Justin Wagner; ask them to vote AND spread the word. They are paying more for everything. They have the power to remove the people who are ruining our economy.

Know that Michelle Brooks is a Republican who votes for big business. She does not support our diverse community values. Her expensive letter to Democrats is a ploy to become the Democratic candidate as well as the Republican candidate. Sue Mulvey would like your write-in vote tomorrow to get on the November ballot. She needs 500 votes to show Brooks that the Democrats DO have a voice in Mercer County.

Endorsing primary candidates is against our bylaws. Our members are free to vote for candidates on the ballot or write-in their choices for any positions in the primaries. We will support the Democratic candidates chosen in the primary.

While the county party cannot endorse a candidate until after the primary, we can share Sue Mulvey's announcement that she is running a write-in campaign for State Senate.

The Mercer County Democratic Party collected a small mountain of trash from it's adopted section of Route 62 on the Sunday after Earth Day. Volunteers picked up 36 bags of garbage, 10 tires and lots of large metal and plastic items dumped along the road.

There is still time to register, and to tell your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who appears to be over 18 that they can register, to vote in the May 19th Pennsylvania Primary! You also have time to request a mail-in ballot. It's always nice to "bank" our votes before election day. A request made today will be valid for the all important November election!
