I have been called a "1st grader" by a Republican establishment official for not "understanding that's just how it works" when I asked simply why State Contractors are continuously donating to Governor Kathy Hochul's Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee repeatedly, and repeatedly receiving State Contracts before and after these donations.

And why those same Hochul donors are donating to the Republicans as well, and questioned if that creates conflict of interest within our party.

I was told they would try to destroy me in the media so that nobody listens to me, if I continued speaking out about the Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee.

Somebody even had the gall to say if I keep posting more, then the media will be let loose on me, and my "political career in the GOP" is over.

These were Republicans saying this, not Democrats.

Why is my own Party trying to protect the donors of Governor Kathy Hochul?

WHY IS A STATE CONTRACTED LAW FIRM DONATING 3% OF THEIR STATE CONTRACTS' VALUE BACK TO FRIENDS FOR KATHY HOCHUL COMMITTEE?

Why is Barclay Damon Law paying tens of thousands of dollars to the Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee, roughly 3% of the value of their state contracts total value, while receiving and having renewed millions of dollars in taxpayer-funded legal "consulting" contracts with the State?

The timeline is as followed:

Barclay Damon LLP has made a steady increase in donations to Governor Kathy Hochul's Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee since as far back as 2018, around the end of a $550,000 Department of State contract.

Since then, their contracts with the State Government after Governor Hochul's ascension have steadily increased.

📌 $700,000 — Department of State (2012–2015)
📌 $550,000 — Department of State (2015–2018)
📌 $500,000 — Department of State (2018–2023)

But wait. there's more.

Barclay Damon didn't just give to Governor Hochul for years, all while receiving State Contracts.

Their donations go back even further, to the Governor Cuomo Era. Though while Cuomo was Governor, the donations were only 1.5% of the total Contract value.

Now, the question is this:

Why did Barclay Damon LLP immediately begin making donations to Friends For Kathy Hochul less than ONE MONTH after Hochul became Governor, and why are these donations continuing?

Why are they donating over and over?

Is the fact that these donations are about 3.5% of the total value of their State Contracts significant?

Are they donating because they're receiving State contracts? or are they receiving State Contracts because they're donating?

Regardless, the practice of State Contractors donating to Political Campaigns must come to an end. I will hold Congressional Hearings when in Congress to question those involved in the Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee.

For what?

What do we have to show for it?

A broken country and lost dreams.

I am calling for a full repeal of the federal income tax for the bottom 99.5% of Americans and an abolition of the IRS, paid for with a return to a limited Federal Government, in size and scope to how it was when many of you were born and at levels equivalent to the 1950s, or even further back still.

An end to all foreign aid, and drastically cut down overseas spending altogether, so we can begin fixing our deficit and rebuilding at home.

And lastly, kicking out the foreign energy companies NYSEG and National Grid, and reclaiming our energy sovereignty completely. New York energy managed and operated by New York municipalities and companies.

Only by doing these things can we see a return to prosperity 🇺🇸

Over 75% of people who wanted to run for office across New York State without party endorsements failed to make the ballot this year.

Practically the only outsiders who WERE able to defy the party machine to make ballot are self employed businessmen (myself, Anthony Constantino , and Stuart Amoriell )

This is not a system that serves the People of New York.

This is a system built to protect the political class from the regular class.

We need ballot access reform statewide.

I am calling on the do-nothing New York State Legislature, both Democrats and the lack of ideas Republicans, to pass my proposal to simplify the process, which would make New York go from the worst ballot access in the country, to the best.

Here is the plan:

1. Give candidates a real choice: modest filing fee or low signature threshold

Candidates should be allowed to qualify for the ballot by either:

paying a modest filing fee, or
submitting a small number of signatures.

Proposed thresholds:

Village offices: 5 signatures
Town offices: 10 signatures
City offices: 25 signatures
County offices: 50 signatures
Assembly: 100 signatures
State Senate: 200 signatures
Governor: 500 signatures

2. Filing fees in lieu of signatures.

For all offices, candidates should also have the option to pay $2 to $200 filing fee in lieu of signatures.

Village Offices: $1
Town Offices: $2
City Offices: $5
County Offives: $7
State Assembly: $2 (like NH)
State Senate: $8
Governor: $200

3. Expand the petitioning window to 60 days

The current petition process is too compressed and favors insiders with party infrastructure already in place.

New Yorkers deserve a longer, fairer petitioning period.

By doing these reforms, even the poorest, most downtrodden New Yorker will have an opportunity at putting their name on the ballot. No more of this ballot elitism.

I was one of the only outsider candidates in the entire State to make the ballot as a non-endorsed party candidate. In the ENTIRE state of New york.
If I was not self employed and able to spend the 12 hours a day for 30+ days required to do so, I would not have made it.
This is not a fair process and it bars normal people from engaging in politics if they dont have party support.

WHY IS ILLEGAL ENTRY INTO UNITED STATES ONLY A MISDEMEANOR?

Friends, this one is personal.

I’ve seen firsthand right here in Upstate New York exactly what happens when we ignore the source and only treat the symptoms.

For too long we've watched people all across our State suffer at the scourge of drug epidemics.

For decades, Instead of protecting our fellow American, we punished them, without going to the root of the problem.

It’s destroyed hundreds of thousands of lives across our Upstate communities and continues to do so to this day.

And what do my opponents think we should do?

Pass out some narcan and call it a day.

That's not enough. Not in my books.

I know because I've lived it personally as a teenager coming of age in Upstate New York.

That’s why I have the strongest border security platform in this race.

I support:
✔️ Making illegal entry a felony
✔️ 15-year mandatory minimums for unlawful entry
✔️ Severe penalties for foreign nationals trafficking narcotics into our country

We don’t fix this by managing the damage and punishing our own nation's next generations.

It's no coincidence that right after I said last week that I was going to reveal more donors to the Friends For Kathy Hochul Committee who are also recipients of State Contracts, the swamp has unleashed war on me.
Since I said that, and told certain GOP county officials I wouldn't stop exposing Governor Kathy Hochul, I've had lawyers wage lawfare on me, powerful party backers pull their support for me, the Fake News media wage fake news warfare on me, and every resource available come after me.

They are trying to distract and derail me.

All because I was going to ask simply "why does donor X... who is a recipient of State Contracts, donate Y amount of money to Kathy Hochul, and receive Z amount of money in State Contracts? Is it a coincidence?"
Just know that I will not stop, but the swamp runs much deeper than you or I realize.

Friends, the swamp, the foreign energy conglomerates, the political establishment, and the seditious Governor Kathy Hochul are really running scared.

I spend most of my time focused on the issues, unlike my opponents.
I am focused on income tax repeal for the working, middle and upper middle class, kicking out the foreign energy conglomerates NYSEG and National Grid, on ending all foreign aid and using that money to rebuild here at home, and on investigating Kathy Hochul and the corruption in Albany.
But I want to give my position on something else very personal to me; border security.
18 years ago, when I was still a teenager in 2009, deadly drugs came into my hands, thanks to an unsecure border, and I paid the price for it.

It has happened to millions of Americans like me, and ruined entire generations.
For too long, weak policians in Congress sat idle or punished the symptoms, our own American people and communities, without treating the source.
This is why I have the strongest border security platform of anyone in this race. I've lived the consequences of broken borders and forgotten communities.
I have openly supported from day 1 mandatory 15-year minimum sentences for unlawful entry, instead of the weak misdemeanor it is now, and I support increasing to double digits the penalties for foreign nationals who bring illegal narcotics over our borders.
What do my opponents support?
My primary opponent’s only idea, a supposed Republican at that, is to give out free Narcan across the State like a Democrat, and call it a day.

This has always been a part of my story, and now that the interests are digging into my teenage years shows they are scared. Next they will report how I skipped the lunch line in Kindergarten once.
I will not stop, and I will not be intimidated out of this mission to save New York.
