Official Announcement for Travis Davis, Candidate for Weakley County Circuit Court Clerk
Good evening, Weakley County.
My name is Travis Davis, and today I am honored to announce my candidacy for Weakley County Circuit Court Clerk.
I stand before you as a 24-year military veteran, a Christian, a Republican, a devoted father, and a proud native of Weakley County. This community raised me, shaped me, and supported my family and me throughout every chapter of our lives. And now, I’m ready to give back in a new way.
Over the last 24 years, I learned the value of discipline, duty, attention to detail, and service above self. These are the very qualities the Circuit Court Clerk’s office needs — qualities I have lived every single day.
I’m running because I believe Weakley County deserves a Clerk’s office rooted in three things:
Service — Integrity — Community.
Service means treating every citizen with respect and ensuring the office runs efficiently, professionally, and with accountability.
Integrity means doing what’s right even when no one is watching — following the rules, the law, and the values we teach our children.
Community means remembering that the people who come through those courthouse doors are our neighbors, our friends, and our families.
As your Circuit Court Clerk, I will work tirelessly to:
• Improve customer service and reduce wait times,
• Modernize processes to make things easier and more accessible,
• Maintain absolute transparency and accuracy in all records and procedures, and
• Support the justice system and law enforcement with professionalism and reliability.
This campaign isn’t about politics — it’s about people. It’s about restoring trust, raising standards, and ensuring the Clerk’s office serves Weakley County with excellence.
I humbly ask for your prayers, your support, and your vote.
Together, we can build a Clerk’s office that reflects the very best of Weakley County.
